Clio

InfoTrack provides a free plugin which allows you to perform property, company, personal and other searches from within your matters in Clio.

The search results are posted back to the matters and the costs are automatically created as disbursements so you can recover these costs from your clients.

You will need to have or to setup an account with InfoTrack and know your InfoTrack username and password to setup the plugin.

Step 1: Log in to InfoTrack and select the settings menu.



Step 2: Select the Integrations tab, select Default Client Settings at the top and then toggle on Enable Clio Integration.



Step 3. Return to the home page. Click the Clio connect icon <…> and then click the Connect button. This will redirect you to the Clio Website where you will be asked to give permission to InfoTrack to access your Clio system.



Step 4. Click the green Allow Access button.



Now you are ready to begin using InfoTrack integrated with Clio.

Once the plugin has been installed, open a matter and select the More actions menu, then InfoTrack





The InfoTrack website will open to a new tab in the browser with your Clio matter information pre-populated.



Completed Search results will be returned to Clio automatically. Search Disbursements are returned as Activities in Clio. These can be accessed via the Activities tab in Clio.



Search Documents are returned to the Documents tab as PDF files.
