InfoTrack Connect allows suppliers to connect their products and services with the InfoTrack Ecosystem.

What is InfoTrack Connect?

InfoTrack has developed a platform to give suppliers more control over the creation of new products and services. InfoTrack Connect uses a drag-and-drop interface to simplify form creation and the collection of required data. With you in the driver’s seat, you can control development and don’t have to wait for our resources to be available.

Integrating with InfoTrack Connect opens a gateway to thousands of customers across our Web based Platforms and Partner Applications. We are particular about the products and services that we make available to our customers, so we may need to review and approve your request. If we approve your request, we will give you access to InfoTrack Connect where you can create forms to support the order and fulfilment of your products.

Connect Commercial Contract

InfoTrack Connect is a self-service platform that helps you create and manage your products, view and fulfil orders in real time and generate reports.

Our commercial contract model includes three key components:

Choosing Your Commercial Model

You have two main options:

Reseller Module

InfoTrack acts as your broker and reseller through our sales channels.

You appoint us as your reseller and broker.
We sell your products to our end customers through our sales channels.
We manage the customer relationship, including invoicing and support.
You invoice us for each product sold.

Referral Module

We promote your products and send leads your way.

If you prefer to handle the sales yourself, this model is ideal:

We promote your products and direct potential customers to you.
You complete the sale directly with the end user.
In return, you pay us either:
- A fee per referral: Pay per lead sent your way.
- A fee per converted sale: Only pay if the lead becomes a customer.
- A revenue share: We receive a percentage of the sales made from our referrals.
