Sydney Water Section 66 Certificate

A Sydney Water Section 66 Certificate, also known as a Conveyancing Certificate, identifies outstanding water rates that are owing on a property. 

The selling agent and a conveyancer use the information on the certificate to allocate outstanding charges between the current and new owner.

Section 66 Certificate features and benefits:
