Supporting real estate professionals through the Queensland Seller Disclosure Regime

Event Description

Queensland’s real estate landscape is evolving. With the upcoming Seller Disclosure Regime, Securexchange, working alongside the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ), is stepping up to ensure that real estate agents across the state are protected and supported.

The regulatory changes will take effect from 1 August 2025, requiring property sellers to provide prescribed certificates and a disclosure statement to buyers before a contract of sale is signed. Applying to the sale of all residential and commercial property, real estate agents will be responsible for preparing and exchanging the documents on behalf of sellers.

Securexchange, in collaboration with REIQ, is proud to be leading the way in supporting agents through this transition with the launch of the Seller Disclosure Tool – the most advanced and secure solution on the market. The workflow will seamlessly integrate into your daily operations and do the heavy lifting, giving you peace of mind to focus on your listings.

Join Alex Antal, Head of Securexchange and Antonia Mercorella, CEO of the REIQ in this complimentary live webinar to gain insight about the upcoming Queensland Seller Disclosure Regime and how the Seller Disclosure solution will support you.
