Section 22 Notice Certificate

The Section 22 notice certificate is a template offered through the InfoTrack system which will only appear for Strata Plans entered.

Transfer and Section 22 Notice Certificates are available for clients to access through the NSW Property Enquiry Screen in the InfoTrack system.

NSW LRS : Transfer

The transfer is a template which will pre-populate all supplied data from the Property Enquiry screens in the InfoTrack system. You will also have the ability to set this certificate up as a pre-select option. If an eNOS is ordered at the same time, the eNOS ID will also pre-populate into the transfer form saving you valuable time.

NSW LRS : Notice of Interest/Lease/Mortgage (Section 22)

The Section 22 Certificate is a free template. Like the Transfer, you have the ability to set this certificate up as a pre-select option. The Section 118 Certificate will only appear for Strata Plans entered.
