Over the past few months, I've had the privilege of meeting thousands of you face-to-face as I travelled across NSW, VIC and QLD with the Connect18 e-conveyancing Roadshow. It was an incredible experience to be able to speak to so many of you in person and hear your thoughts on the state of the industry. These types of interactions have always been and will continue to be pivotal to our ability to build solutions that meet your needs.
Starting out as a small Title Search provider eighteen years ago, we knew that having real conversations with our clients was the key to delivering valuable services. It is your input that has driven the direction of our products from the beginning and your feedback continues to be invaluable to us. Whether you've beta tested for us, given feedback to our staff or completed any of our surveys, you've helped shape the wholly integrated solution that is available to you today.
Currently, there are a lot of changes in the industry that are putting increased pressure on your business and there's a need for tools that save time and mitigate risk. We are dedicated to providing you with a solution that is built to meet your specific needs and provide value to your business. We will always seek your input so we can invest in solutions that continue to support you as the market evolves.
