Instant CoP verifies bank account details directly against financial institution records, alerting you immediately to any discrepancies. Where further validation is required, InfoTrack verifies payment details with the institution.

What is the InfoTrack Guarantee?

The InfoTrack Guarantee gives you peace of mind by protecting your clients funds for up to A$1,000,000 when trust or bank details are securely shared and verified by us.

What does this mean?

If you have transferred funds using InfoTrack and funds are lost due to third party intervention, we will ensure you get your funds back for up to the value of A$1,000,000 per transaction. If this happens, you can get in touch by emailing us at helpdesk@infotrack.com.au and we can investigate your claim.

InfoTrack reserves the right to withdraw the InfoTrack Guarantee at any time. When making a claim, the decision is at InfoTrack’s discretion.

Does this feature connect to my PMS?

Secure Transactions is currently integrated with LEAP and more PMS integrations are in development.

What is Confirmation of Payee (CoP)?

Confirmation of Payee (CoP) is an automated account-name checking service designed to prevent payment fraud and misdirected transfers. Before money is sent, CoP verifies in real time that the bank account name provided matches the actual details registered with the receiving financial institution.

Where can I find Secure Transactions in the InfoTrack platform?

Secure Transactions is currently available for all InfoTrack users under the All Services menu. For certain workflows it has also been included as a milestone in your interface.
