It’s now a matter of weeks until the 1 July 2019 mandate.

In NSW, 84 per cent of all possible dealings are being lodged electronically, including 81 per cent of transfers.

In NSW, eConveyancing began with the first electronic transaction in 2013. Since then, NSW’s land title system has become more efficient, secure and more accessible, providing an improved customer experience.

We have also published Conveyancing Rules Version 5, which will replace Version 4 on 1 July 2019.
