- Melbourne and Tarneit have retained their strong positions in #1 and #2 spot quarter-on-quarter.
- As a city, Melbourne offers a unique and diverse living experience, which coupled with a continued investment in CBD infrastructure, makes it an appealing location for property buyers.
- Tarneit on the other hand, provides affordability and proximity, being located an easy 25km west of Melbourne’s central business district.
- Werribee has leapt from #5 last quarter to now round out the top 3 in #3.
- Compared to the previous quarter there has been several new entrants to the top 10 list, including Clyde North (#4), Truganina (#5), Point Cook (#6), Wyndham Vale (#7), Mickleham (#8), Craigieburn (#9) and Armstrong Creek (#10).
