An important element of InfoTrack’s culture is recognising each other for going above and beyond, whilst also embodying our company ethos of “effort over obligation”. These individuals are recognised through InfoTrack’s iNomination program; an ongoing peer submission system, where InfoTrackian’s vote for their fellow colleagues. The grand prize? A trip for 2 to London, including return airfares and 7 nights’ accommodation, as well as 5 extra annual leave days to use for the holiday!
InfoTrack recently held their FY22 annual iNominate event to recognise all the amazing nominees for their hard work and contribution to building InfoTrack’s unique culture. This year, Scott Javier, System Support Engineer, was crowned the annual winner.
As a highly valued member of the business, Scott was recognised for being someone who, “always goes the extra mile to assist our InfoTrackians nationally with their IT issues, by persisting non-stop to investigate and resolve anything thrown at him. IT is not an easy role, but Scott’s dedication to his work and the people he works with truly embodies our company ethos of effort over obligation.”
We spoke to Scott about his recent win, and how he plans on spending his time overseas.
How did you feel when you first learned you were the winner?
When I first learned I was the winner, I initially froze. It didn’t feel real. And then I heard people in the office cheering, and I clicked back into reality. As it was sinking in, I just felt ecstatic.
What I enjoy most about working for InfoTrack is the culture. It’s quite unique. I enjoy coming into the office and seeing everyone, and the camaraderie that we all share.

To be honest, the only thing so far is to compare British Fish n Chips to Aussie Fish n Chips.
We do plan to extend the trip. So far, we plan on Paris and Amsterdam. I am open to suggestions!
