AML/CTF at scale: How large firms can build and maintain an AML/CTF program using technology

Event Description

As the 1 July AML/CTF commencement date approaches, Queensland law firms are now moving from understanding the legislation to operational implementation.

Join Matt Dunn, CEO of the Queensland Law Society, InfoTrack and your fellow practitioner, Ben Gouldson, Director of Clifford Gouldson Lawyers, for a comprehensive presentation and guided demonstration of InfoTrack’s all-inclusive AML/CTF Compliance Centre.

The webinar will begin with an overview from Matt Dunn, including what Queensland firms should be focused on ahead of 1 July and what practitioners can expect once the regime commences.

InfoTrack will then conduct a live walkthrough of the Compliance Centre, demonstrating how firms can operationalise AML/CTF obligations through technology and workflow.

Attendees will also hear directly from a Queensland law firm currently progressing through AML/CTF implementation, sharing practical insights, lessons learned and how they are preparing their business for Tranche 2.

The session will conclude with a live Q&A panel where you can ask questions specific to your firm.
