Award acknowledges the execution, collaboration and regulatory focus required to put compliance technology into everyday practice.
Regulatory technology delivers value only when it is embedded in the daily work of the practitioners who rely on it, and that principle was recognised at the RegTech Awards 2026, where InfoTrack won the Best Implementation category.
The category recognises organisations that have taken a regulatory technology solution beyond the design stage and into live operation, where success depends on effective execution, close collaboration between teams, and the ability to address real operational and regulatory challenges as they arise. For the law firms, conveyancers, real estate professionals and accountants that operate under evolving compliance obligations, the quality of an implementation often determines whether a platform reduces risk or simply adds another process to manage.
More than 9,000 businesses now use the AML/CTF Compliance Centre, representing 85 per cent of the legal and conveyancing market. More than 43,000 individual practitioners have been trained and onboarded, and since 1 July the Compliance Centre has onboarded more than 8,500 homebuyers and sellers each day.
Matthew Tarabay, Senior Marketing Manager at InfoTrack, said, “Implementation is where compliance reform succeeds or fails, because the obligations only protect the sector when practitioners can meet them as part of their normal work. Adoption at this scale shows the approach holds up under the volume the reform demands, and this award belongs to the practitioners who trusted us to help them get ready.”
The Best Implementation award is the third award win this year for the AML/CTF Compliance Centre, following the Good Design Award 2026 for Digital Design Interface and Finder Awards 2026 People’s Choice Award in Tech Innovation.
