Docusign's Customer Delight award goes to InfoTrack for seamless signing integration

InfoTrack has been awarded Docusign’s Customer Delight award, recognising the two companies’ work together to bring seamless and secure signing experiences to legal, property, and financial professionals across Australia. The award was announced at a partner lunch held during Momentum26, Docusign’s annual event in Sydney.

The Customer Delight award reflects the outcome [KM2.1][CJ2.2]of an integration between InfoTrack’s platform and Docusign’s e-signature technology, built to remove friction from everyday signing workflows. Rather than treating signing as a separate step bolted onto a transaction, the partnership embeds it directly into the processes practitioners already rely on, reducing manual handling and allowing professionals to focus on client work rather than administrative process.

For law firms, conveyancers, real estate professionals, and financial institutions, delays and errors in document execution can slow down time-sensitive transactions such as property settlements and client onboarding. By integrating secure e-signature capability into InfoTrack’s platform, the partnership gives practitioners a more direct path from document preparation to execution, without leaving the systems they already use each day.
