Advancing an inclusive and equitable workplace at InfoTrack

As an organisation, InfoTrack is committed to transparency and accountability across its entire business operations. With this same intent, we approach the most recent Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) data, recognising both the progress we have made over the previous financial year and the work still ahead of us.

For years we have tirelessly worked to cultivate a workplace that is equitable, inclusive and sustainable. Reports, such as the one published by the WGEA, are crucial in supporting this endeavour by providing clear and transparent benchmarking.

InfoTrack remains steadfast in our commitment to meaningful progress on gender equality, which requires consistent and deliberate action. Tangibly this translates to ongoing analysis of our workforce data to implement targeted initiatives to drive change.

What does meaningful progress mean to us?

Over the past twelve months we have taken significant steps to address disparities and close gaps through:

  • Reducing the gender gap at both the Executive and Professional levels by 15% and 25% respectively.
  • Improving the gender composition of our workforce to ensure a more equal balance of genders across all areas of the business, particularly in our entry-level  roles and increasing our representation of females in leadership positions.
  • Formalised the connection of data between our gender pay gap analysis data with our salary review process since July 2025.
  • Hiring an Internal Talent Acquisition Manager to strengthen our workforce planning and proactively address areas where gender representation can be improved.

We recognise that advancing gender equality is an ongoing responsibility. We remain committed to continuous review, informed decision-making and practical action to ensure our workplace supports opportunity and inclusion for all employees.
