InfoTrack’s AML/CTF Compliance Centre has been named a Winner in the Digital Design Interface category at the 2026 Australian Good Design Awards, Australia’s longest-running international design awards.
Designed and commissioned by InfoTrack in Australia, the AML/CTF Compliance Centre helps practitioners meet their anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations by embedding them directly into existing workflows, rather than creating separate processes.
The Jury, made up of more than 100 Australian and international design experts, assessed every entry against three criteria: Good Design, Design Innovation and Design Impact. In its comments, the Jury stated that the Centre had “successfully transformed complex regulatory requirements into a structured, approachable digital experience that reduces compliance burden while improving confidence and consistency for practitioners.”
Importantly, the recognition reflects the Compliance Centre’s real-world impact. The platform went from zero to 8,000 firms in 120 days and now serves more than 9,500, driven in part by a pay-per-use model that makes robust compliance accessible to sole practitioners and small businesses handling significant financial transactions.
Kristy Lee Bullock, Chief Product Officer at InfoTrack, said: “Compliance shouldn’t be something practitioners have to wrestle with on top of serving their clients. We set out to take the complexity of the legislation and turn it into clear workflows and guidance that sit inside the way people already work. Recognition from the Good Design Awards is a testament to our product, design and engineering teams, and to the practitioners who shaped the Centre with us. Having over 2,000 firms put it to work so quickly tells us we’ve addressed a genuine need.”
Matthew Tarabay, Senior Marketing Manager at InfoTrack, who attended the Awards Ceremony, said: “It’s a privilege to represent the team at the Good Design Awards, alongside more than 1,000 leaders from across design, business and government. This award celebrates the people who made compliance simpler and more accessible, and we’re proud to see it recognised on a national stage.”
The 2026 Awards were presented under the theme Design that Leads, celebrating the role of design in navigating complexity, driving innovation and creating positive change.
Good Design Australia Managing Director Rachel Wye said the range of projects recognised this year reflected the role design now plays across the economy and community. “Design is an important economic and social capability,” Ms Wye said. “It influences the products we create, the services we rely on, the policies we develop and the way organisations respond to complex problems.”
