Steven is an experienced Business and Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the banking and services industry. Steven is a strong finance professional skilled in business process and planning, operations management, requirements analysis, and operational excellence.

Steven has had 10+ experience within the legal tech industry working to rebuild products, organisational structure and people. He is now spearheading the new Banking and Corporate business unit with the focus on innovation through new products specifically focused on the financial industry. Steven is focused on building a high performing, agile businesses through a balanced approach to people and culture.

Steven is an accredited Sigma specialist with a Diploma in Management. He has strong skills in project management and business analysis.

Outside of work, Steven enjoys spending time with his family and enjoys challenging himself by running marathons.
