Jerome Boutelet is Head of Government Relations at InfoTrack, where he helps navigate the complex intersection of regulation, policy, and legal technology. His career spans more than a decade of work across the NSW Government and the tech sector, bringing a practical understanding of how public policy decisions are made- and how they shape innovation.
Jerome has worked as a senior adviser to key figures in the New South Wales Government, including the former Premier, Treasurer, and other cabinet ministers. His time in Macquarie Street offered a front-row view of the policymaking process and honed his ability to engage with issues from both strategic and operational perspectives.
Before joining InfoTrack, Jerome served as Public Affairs Manager at Sympli, an e-settlements platform backed by the ASX and InfoTrack. There, he worked closely with regulators, legal professionals and policymakers during a pivotal time for the eConveyancing industry, contributing to national discussions around interoperability and digital transformation in property settlements.
In addition to his work in the legal tech sector, Jerome also serves as an elected councillor for Bayside Council in Sydney. This role complements his professional focus, offering insight into grassroots governance and strengthening his connection to the communities impacted by industry and legislative change.
With experience across government, industry advocacy, and community service, Jerome brings a grounded, systems-level view to InfoTrack’s work in the legal and property sectors—helping ensure that innovation is shaped by policy that works for everyone.
