Anthea first joined InfoTrack as a Help Desk Team Leader in early 2022. In this previous position she directed operations team in Queensland and Victoria, as well as those involved in our verification of identity (VOI) solution InfoTrackID. As a team lead, Anthea was known for being a supportive, adaptable, and compassionate leader.

It was these traits that made Anthea the perfect candidate for the role of Head of Operations. Across the business she is known as a dedicated, passionate, and down-to-earth leader, who brings a wealth of twenty years’ experience within the industry. As part of the executive team, Anthea prides herself on showcasing her leadership skills, that always bring out the best in people, and looking to the future to lead the Operations team to new heights of excellence.
