The Gold Coast continues to dominate property sales, with multiple suburbs making the top ten suburbs for unit and house sales. Coolangatta coming in to the list for unit sales for the very first time in ninth spot. Lee Bailie from InfoTrack says it wasn’t the only area on the list.
