New figures have named Caboolture as the most popular in the state when it came to house sales across a recent three-month period.
The Moreton Bay suburb has topped the list for Queensland’s best-selling suburbs for houses from July 1, 2022, to September 30, 2022. Sales and conveyancing data recorded by InfoTrack for the past quarter confirmed Caboolture was a property hot spot. InfoTrack’s Head of Property Australia, Lee Bailie, said Caboolture beat out prime locations across southeast Queensland.
