While Sydney’s northwest and southwest regions continue to dominate the first homebuyer market, the Central Coast has also emerged as a property hot spot.
InfoTrack’s property market update for the first quarter of 2023 has revealed the top 10 suburbs for first home buyers across NSW.
The postcode with the highest number of sales was 2155, which encompasses Beaumont Hills, Kellyville and Rouse Hill.
