New research has found several Central Coast suburbs are among the State’s top 10 locations for first home buyers.
National data from property experts InfoTrack confirmed the Central Coast is a property hotspot, with the 2250 postcode coming in at number five for the highest volume of sales for first time home buyers in the last quarter.
InfoTrack’s Head of Property Australia, Lee Bailie, said it is the only area outside of Sydney’s western suburbs to make the top 10.
