The top 10 Sydney suburbs where first homebuyers are getting into the market have been revealed, with some newcomers to the list.
Southern Sydney’s Arncliffe and inner-city suburb of Waterloo have appeared on the list for the first time in 2023, recording some of the highest first homebuyer sales between April and June, according to InfoTrack’s quarterly property market update.
InfoTrack’s head of property Australia Lee Bailie said the update showed Sydney’s northwestern, western, and southwestern suburbs continuing to dominate the list for first home buyers.
