Stephen Wood

Stephen Wood has been instrumental in executing and leading the growth and global expansion of the InfoTrack Group of Companies. From his earlier position as Chairman of InfoTrack, and before that, CEO of InfoTrack Australia and New Zealand, Mr Wood has proven his ability to significantly scale up and transform the InfoTrack brand internationally with the creation of the ATI Global business, of which he is the Chairman of.

Under Stephen’s global leadership, and with the support of his experienced team of international executives, they have successfully expanded into both US and UK regions with the most recent acquisitions being InfoTrack UK, Groundsure, Linetime, InfoTrack US, OneLegal and Green Filing. These acquisitions have placed InfoTrack in a strategic position with its growing portfolio of solutions to service the professional services market worth USD $5.7B globally, now reaching beyond legal property law and conveyancing into broader areas of litigation including family law and wills and estates.

Stephen’s drive and determination to grow ATI has contributed to its growing financial success today. The Australian operation and the mother ship of the InfoTrack brand, has recently achieved the coveted financial status as a unicorn technology company and is already focused on achieving greater heights.

A giant of a man when it comes to his presence and commercial acumen, and to those who work closely with him, know he is a pleasure to work with. Although a formidable force to be reckoned with in the business sense, he is widely known for his humble, generous, and caring nature in his personal life and to all close friends and family. Stephen thrives in the outdoors during his spare time with swimming, running, long walks and skiing. He has a sense of humour and life is never dull when he is around.
