Terms and Conditions apply: This competition is being run by InfoTrack Pty Limited (ABN 36 092 724 251) (“InfoTrack”). InfoTrack’s $1,000 Visa Gift card competition commences on Thursday, March 23, 2023 and is available until 11.59pm AEDT time on Thursday, August 31, 2023.
To enter, simply complete the entry form and tell us in 25 words or less what you value most about InfoTrack. Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person. Entry is only available to Australian residents over 18 years of age, who are a current InfoTrack client who has purchased a product through InfoTrack more than 5 times in the month of entry. InfoTrack employees and their family members are not eligible to enter this competition.
The winning entry will be judged and selected on Monday, September 4, 2023, with the winner being notified via phone and email and announced via InfoTrack’s social media accounts on the same day. The winner must respond within 14 days of notification/announcement in order to claim their prize, and InfoTrack will deliver the prize to the winner within 30 days of receiving the winner’s response. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered and the prize is not transferable. InfoTrack reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
InfoTrack reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the event that the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified or is found to be in breach of these terms.
InfoTrack handles and protect your personal information in accordance with InfoTrack’s Privacy Statement located at https://www.infotrack.com.au/, however you acknowledge that your entry details for this competition, including your written submission, name and firm name (“Entry Details”) will be used for marketing purposes, including sharing your Entry Details via social media posts, articles and the InfoTrack website to announce any winning entry, promote this competition and generally promote InfoTrack (“Marketing Purposes”).
InfoTrack may, at its absolute discretion, vary or amend this promotion and you agree that no liability shall attach to InfoTrack. Fair use applies and InfoTrack’s discretion in all matters is final.
Nothing in the terms limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia.
