Denis is responsible for managing online searching and manual services for all of InfoTrack’s major accounts. Denis and his team work closely with large firms to seamlessly integrate InfoTrack into their accounting and data management systems in order to improve workflows and create time and cost-saving efficiencies. Denis has worked in the legal services sector for over 30 years and has held national roles with Lawpoint and Prime Legal Services and also ran his own manual services business. As a result of his experience, Denis understands the importance of developing customised solutions and his team works diligently to build strong relationships and identify their clients’ unique requirements.
When Denis isn’t hard at work, he’s spending quality family time with his wife and daughter. He loves being out in the great outdoors and stays active by playing a number of sports.
Working in business development has given Geoff extensive experience in relationship building and identifying client requirements, and he prides himself on consistently offering a superior level of client service and support.
With his role focussed on national law firms, national accounting firms and large financial institutions, he is confident that InfoTrack meets and exceeds the expectations of any large organisation, particularly in terms of integration.
As National Relationship and Support Manager, Penny Young is responsible for developing relationships, support, implementation and training of large and national clients. With over 20 years’ experience in the legal industry as a paralegal and PA, Penny has extensive knowledge of conveyancing and general law firm practices. Penny has been part of the InfoTrack family for over 8 years, previously as National Property Enquiries Manager and also as a National Helpdesk Manager, implementing and enhancing internal processes to better service clients. In her spare time, Penny likes to travel, socialise with friends and family and enjoy a good movie.
Charlotte Carroll is the Account Manager for the Major Accounts team and is responsible for training clients, reporting feedback and issues and keeping clients up to date with new services and enhancements. Her objective is to ensure that clients have the best user experience possible and she is passionate about developing relationships with clients and showing them how to utilise InfoTrack’s system and products. Charlotte joined the legal industry in 2011 and has experience in a number of different roles including Helpdesk, Land Registry, NSW Settlement, Customer Support and Client Training.
In her spare time, Charlotte spends lots of time with her friends and family and enjoys all sports, singing and lots of quality beach time.
Ashleigh Luong is the Account Manager for the Major Accounts team. Her objective is to ensure that clients have the best user experience possible by being responsible for training, reporting feedback and issues, and keeping clients up to date with new services and enhancements. She is passionate about the products and services offered at InfoTrack and sharing this knowledge with others.
Ashleigh joined the legal industry in 2006 and has had experiences in a number of different roles including working as a Property, Banking & Finance Law Clerk, Helpdesk Consultant and Client Relationship Manager for InfoTrack.
In her spare time, Ashleigh enjoys spending time with friends, family and her Italian Greyhound. She also enjoys travelling to different parts of the world and immersing into their culture.
Anthony Romeo was appointed to the role of NSW National Client Coordinator after only three months as a helpdesk consultant. As NSW National Client Coordinator, Anthony has a deep understanding of interstate property enquiries and is the direct point of contact for all of InfoTrack’s major accounts clients who operate offices in the Sydney CBD. He ensures that all requests for manual services are catalogued, managed and tracked correctly and efficiently and that clients are notified promptly of any updates. Anthony first joined InfoTrack as a HelpDesk consultant after completing a Bachelor of Legal and Justice Studies with a major in Licensed Conveyancing. During his studies, Anthony worked in several paralegal and administrative roles, specialising in residential conveyancing and off the plan matters. In his spare time, Anthony enjoys cooking, reading, going out with friends for good food and wine, and relaxing at home.
Gemma Marcello has been working within the property and legal industries since the age of 18. Before joining InfoTrack in 2014, Gemma worked at a property law firm and at Prime Legal Services. She has extensive knowledge of all property transactions, mortgage processing and land registration processes. Along with her work at InfoTrack, Gemma has been studying law part time for the past several years and is close to completing her degree. Gemma enjoys nothing more than quality time at the dog beach with her pooch. She is addicted to coffee, European summers and smashed avocado with poached eggs.
Karalyn joined InfoTrack 2014 and manages the QLD Stamping, Lodging and Courts Team with responsibility for ensuring that all stamping, lodgement and filing activity is performed within our client’s Service Level Agreements. She has over 14 years’ experience in the legal industry gained predominantly with legal service agencies and law firms in roles ranging from a paralegal to QLD State Manager. Her role also involves maintaining client relationships and facilitating training sessions. In her personal time Karalyn enjoys spending time with her partner, two children and beloved pooch Coco.
As National Litigation and Projects Coordinator, Sheridan New is responsible for coordinating the litigation searching and project team for large, national clients. Sheridan’s curiosity and resourcefulness complements her role of providing searching in the Australian Courts, interstate property enquiries and international corporate searching.
Outside of work Sheridan enjoys travel, crafts and catching all the latest movies.
Managing a team of three people, Kristen ensures that all manual service requests are actioned in a timely and efficient manner. With over 5 years in the industry, she has an unparalleled knowledge of LPI and a knack for getting difficult and complex issues resolved.

Nick is a Manual Services Clerk who works on InfoTrack's biggest accounts, namely top tier law firms. He mainly liaises with government authorities such as Land and Property Information and the Office of State Revenue on behalf of clients. Nick ensures the client receives superior customer service and support to ensure their requirements and expectations are met. Nick has previously worked for the Commonwealth Government, in law firms and for a community legal centre, and brings this wealth of knowledge and experience to the Manual Services and Major Accounts team.
As Major Accounts Coordinator Rhyanne is responsible for overseeing the processes and details of the National Major Accounts team to ensure a seamless operation. Within this role Rhyanne is essential in ensuring the Team’s targets are achieved by offering a superior level of client service and support to the General Manager, National Relationship & Support Manager, Business Development Managers and Account Managers. In her spare time, Rhyanne enjoys travelling, going to new restaurants and taking per Pug Milo on adventures.
