Helvi Rossi has over 15 years of operational and process improvement experience from information technology, quality assurance and service industries at BPAY, Philips and Telstra. Helvi also has an M.B.A. from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
Helvi joined InfoTrack in November 2014 as General Manager Operations to lead the HelpDesk and Property Services teams, which provide support to thousands of InfoTrack clients annually.Given the huge amount of incoming calls and emails that the Operations Team receives, it is Helvi’s responsibility to ensure that each client is catered for, whether it is requesting assistance in chasing a certificate or understanding what is the most cost efficient way to search property, corporate or personal information.

Helvi is equally busy during weekends being part of the audio visual team at her church and - despite of her lack of love for gardening - spending the odd Saturday at the church grounds pruning and clipping the ever growing vegetation.
