With over 10 years of experience in the corporate sector and another 6 years as a legal practice manager, Kim has a wealth of knowledge and experience. This coupled with her in depth knowledge and understanding of technology makes her an indispensable asset to both InfoTrack and our clients.
Kim joined InfoTrack in August 2015. As Head of Operations, Kim leads the HelpDesk and Property Services teams, which provide support to thousands of InfoTrack clients annually. Given the huge amount of incoming calls and emails that the operations team receives, it is Kim’s responsibility to ensure that each client is catered for, whether it is requesting assistance in chasing a certificate or understanding what is the most cost efficient way to search.
Focussing on the highest possible level of customer service and operational efficiency, Kim and her team strive to deliver a first class service every single day that make our clients feel well looked after. Kim achieves this by selecting the best staff, continually improving her team’s processes based on client feedback and enabling her operational colleagues to be knowledgeable, ready and keen to share and deliver the same vision to our clients.
As a busy working mum, Kim enjoys spending her weekends with her son; you’ll normally find them at picnics, afternoons at the park or heading down to the ski slopes. With a passion for all things technology, Kim is an avid explorer of the world of computers and the internet of things. Any spare time outside of this you will find her doing volunteer work for her favourite charity, HeartKids.
